Abstract: In order to implement the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping in the "3.18" Symposium, the
Ministry of Education implemented the "three patrols and six excellencies" activities, various seminars on teacher training for
ideological and political theory have been held in colleges and universities, and experts and scholars have been discussing on how to
implement the "3.18" symposium spirit, how to teach ideological and political theory courses well, how to reinforce the reform and
management of the courses, and to raise the ideological level, theoretical level, pertinence and affinity of the courses. The symposium
has an important impact on promoting the teaching management and reform of the ideological and political theory courses in the new
era and strengthening the construction of relevant teachers.
